Colorado Proposed Constitutional Right to Abortion

Colorado’s “Legislative declaration” #89 proposes an amendment to the Constitution to guarantee a “Right to Abortion.”  Girls and women would have a “right to abortion” at any time during pregnancy or birth, without approval of the father of the child, parents or husbands.  Parents will be prohibited from interfering or “denying, impeding” the “right” of their children to get an abortion.  Taxpayers would be required to pay for abortions.  But the original purpose of civil government and law were to protect human life!
